How can you take part in the TransPRIDE study?

If you are a transgender woman or non-binary person with a prostate aged 40 or over, we want to hear from you!

If you choose to participate, you will need to make an appointment at one of our eight study sites (listed below). You will be asked to read our patient information and sign a consent form. Some sites will ask you to do this in person and others can do this online.

For the study itself, you will complete a short questionnaire followed by a blood test. This test will look at your PSA, testosterone, oestrogen, LH (luteinising hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone). You will get your results, and you will also receive a £25 voucher for your time.

Six months later, you will receive a telephone call from us to answer some follow-up questions about your health.

Where are the study sites?

There are eight sites where you will be able to participate. We are still in the process of opening all these site however the sites open to participants at the moment are in bold below.
